Customs, Duties & Taxes (Short Summary)

For orders shipped to the European Union, Egypt, and the United States, import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

These charges are imposed by your country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay these fees and the shipment is returned, original shipping and return costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from your order.

By placing an order with By Siso Online Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding international shipments:

1. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped to the European Union, Egypt, and the United States of America, please note:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT / sales tax

  • Tariffs

  • Any other government-imposed charges

are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and will be collected separately upon the shipment’s arrival.

By completing your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable import charges required by your country’s regulations.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Complying with local import laws

  • Paying all customs duties and taxes

  • Providing any required documentation for customs clearance

By Siso Online Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3. Refusal to Pay Customs Charges

If the customer refuses to pay the required customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and the shipment is:

  • returned to us, or

  • held and destroyed by customs,

the following conditions will apply:

  • Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded

  • Return shipping costs and any additional courier or customs charges will be deducted from the order value

  • Any losses incurred due to the return or disposal of the shipment will be the customer’s responsibility

4. Non-Refundable Charges

In such cases, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees

  • Customs handling charges

  • Any administrative or processing fees

5. Acceptance of These Terms

By placing an international order, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept these conditions

  • You agree to pay any applicable import duties and taxes

  • You accept the non-refund policy in case of refusal
